I found all of the nests, but one of them I think I found totally by accident, clipping through the floor in the water room with the rotating platforms. I fell for a long, long time before entering another water zone. After getting that nest I was never able to find the intended route to get to that zone. So I’m curious what it was.
i dont think you clipped through the floor :P there's a hole around the center pole of the rotating platforms, which is what you fell through i think, and that gets barred off after you find the nest, so it makes sense that you can't access it anymore
Nobody else has reported anything like this! It would be very helpful if you could capture a video, I'd like to try to figure out what's going on. What operating system/browser are you using?

Is it just me, because every time I try to play it, I just pass through the ground.
